Onion Bhaji Mix:
Mix the contents of Pakora mix (one packet) in one glass of water, stir thoroughly to make a smooth paste. Leave for 10-15 minutes and deep fry Pakoras in very hot ghee/oil until golden.
For variety add 3-4 tablespoons of finely chopped green coriander, 4-6 chopped green chillies and one finely sliced onion.
Potato / Brinjal / Cauliflower / Spinach Pakoras:
Add any of the above vegetables into the paste for making varieties of Pakoras. Use fine round slices of Potato, Brinjal, Cauliflower florets or chopped spinach leaf.
Dahi Phulki / Dahi Boondi (Pakora with Yoghurt):
1. In 0.5kg yoghurt add desired quantity of salt, chilli powder, water and stir thoroughly.
2. Add half a bag of Laziza Pakora Mix to 1/2 glass of water and stir to make paste. Leave for 10-minutes.
3. Now deep fry in very hot ghee/oil until golden and immediately put in the yoghurt. Sprinkle Laziza Chaat Masala for a really good taste.
Note: Serve hot Pakoras with delicious chutney to be prepared from Laziza Chutney/Raita Masala.
