Traditional mix for milk balls in milk syrup with saffron.
Easy steps for making Rasmalai:
Ingredients:
1 litre Milk
1 Egg
4-5 tsp Cooking Oil
1/2 - 1 cup Sugar
1 Pack Laziza Rasmalai Mix
Steps:
• First beat the egg well
• Add 1/2 - 1 cup of sugar and 2-cups water to the milk and bring to the boil.
• Mix 4-5 teaspoons of cooking oil to the contents of Laziza Rasmalai and mix thoroughly. Add 3/4 of beaten egg and knead well with the help of a spoon until the dough is soft and smooth.
• Make 15-18 small oval or round shape balls. Put the oval shaped balls into the boiling milk and simmer for 5-10 minutes. Dip and rotate the balls all the time, using a spoon, until the balls are 3-4 times larger than the original size.
• Refrigerate before enjoying Rasmalai

Milk solids, vegetable fats, sugar, flour, pistachio, cardamom, sodium bicarbonate, saffron, food colours E102 & E110, FD & C no. Yellow 5 & 6.
