Spice blend for Mint Chutney.

100g

Instructions:

1. Beat a small bowlful of natural yoghurt and add Chutney Podina Powder to taste. (Alternatively, in a mixer, grind 20g red/spring onion, add 3 tspn Chutney Podina Powder and water to mix to form a watery paste)

2. Check seasoning, and keep aside for 15 minutes before serving along with savouries, relishes or with main course along with pickles.

You can also sprinkle Chutney Podina Masala on sandwiches, savouries, waffles etc. for a spicy, minty taste.

Ingredients: Salt, Mint, Dry Mango, Pomegranate seeds, Chilli, Coriander, Black Pepper, Musk Melon, Caraway, Nutmeg, Maleic acid.
