Stuffed Parantha Masala - MDHBy: MDH Ref: MCM060
Spice blend for Stuffed Indian Bread.

Requirements:
400g prepared wheat flour dough, 20g butter/oil, 180g boiled potatoes / paneer / grated cauliflower, 20g Stuffed Parantha Masala, Salt to taste.
Instructions:
1. Mash boiled potatoes / paneer / grated cauliflower. Add Parantha masala and salt and mix.
2. Divide dough and filling into four equal parts. Roll dough into balls and with a rolling pin make discs of 15 cm each.
3. Place the filling of your choice in centre, lift edges and seal the filling.
4. Flatten, dust with dry wheat flour and roll into disc of 20 cm.
5. Place it on a hot griddle / flat non stick pan / Tava and cook. Turn to other side, smear butter/ oil on top.
6. Turn and repeat for the other side till cooked to light brown.
Serve with natural yoghurt.
Ingredients: Coriander, Salt White, Cumin, Dry Mango, Pomegranate Seeds, Red Chilli, Bishop's Weeds, Musk Melon, Black Pepper, Mint Leaves, Black Salt, Fenugreek Leaves, Cinnamon, Nutmeg, Cloves, Mace. (Some spices are in whole form)
