To prepare, simply boil the sachet of vermicelli for 5 minutes and drain. Dissove the coloure sugar in 1/2 glass of water and set aside for 20 minutes.

To serve, combine 1/2 glass of crushed ice with 2 glasses of milk, the cloured sugar water and vermicelli. Mix together well and top with a scoop of ice cream.

Indredients: Sugar, basil seeds, saffron (kesar), colour code CI-19140 tartrazine (E102) & CI-15985 sunset yellow (E110), permitted flavours, hard wheat semolina.
