Unripe mangoes are peeled, sliced, sun-dried and ground to produce Natco Mango Powder. It adds a sweetish sour flavour to vegetable dishes, chutneys and marinades. Mango powder is widely used in Asian cuisine for its tangy flavour. It has sinilar tenderising qualities to lemon juice. 1 teaspoon is equal to 2 teablespoons of lemon juice.
