Suggested recipe: Chicken Tandoori
1. Take 50g of natural yoghurt and blend in 80g of Nishaan Tandoori Paste. Add 350g of skinned Chicken breast or thigh to the mix ensuring it is generously covered and then marindae in the fridge for at least 1-hour.
2. Lift the Chicken out of the marinade and place it on a baking tray and roast, uncovered, on gas mark 5 for 40-minutes or until tender.
Serve hot with rice, salad and sliced lemon.
Chef's tip: Meats, fish or vegetables marinated using Nishaan Tandoori Paste are great for BBQ's
