Madras Plain Poppadums - Rajah

Cooking Instructions : Pour sufficient oil into a pan to submerge the poppadum. Heat the oil to smoking point. Place the poppadum in the oil, pressing it down with a long handled cooking implement for 3-4 seconds. Do not turn the poppadum to fry on both sides. Remove the poppadum from the pan and place it on some kitchen roll to drain any excess oil. Serve whilst still warm.

Ingredients : Urid Flour, Rice Flour, Salt, Calcium Carbonate, Coconut Oil.
