TRS Coarse Cornmeal is made from maize which has been hygienically milled and cleaned to ensure it is free from any impurities. Coarse Cornmeal is sometimes described as Polenta and is mostly used in Indian cooking to make breads, rotis and vadis. It can also be used as a 'breadcrumb' coating.
