TRS Yellow Turmeric Powder (Haldi, Ground Turmeric) lends a wonderful, woody aroma and flavour to Dals, Vegetables, Meat, Poultry and Seafood dishes.

Turmeric Powder is used in Pilau Rice to provide its golden yellow colour and is also a basic ingredient of Curry Powder. To retain freshness and flavour store Turmeric in an airtight container, in a cool dry place.
