While chai is the general word for tea in Indian culture, it is also the name of this aromatic spiced black tea which has been infused with the flavour of various Indian spices, including cinnamon, cloves, ginger and star anise.

Brewing instructions: brew for 3-5 minutes. In India chai is drunk with a little milk and is often sweetened to bring out the flavours of the spices.
