Gram Flour (Besan / Chickpea Flour) is available in 500g, 1Kg and 2kg packs.

Sometimes known as Chick Pea Flour, Virani Gram flour is finely milled from chana dhal, a variety of chick peas.

Used widely as a thickener in curries, it also is essential to make pakoras and onion bhajis and many traditional sweets. Kadhi, a North-Indian soup, combines besan with yogurt and cooked spices.

It is also mixed with milk as a cleansing face wash.

Milled from 100% chana dhal.

Gluten free and free from preservatives and additives.
