Create a luxurious Thai meal in minutes: a fragrant mild sauce bursting with flavour from green chilli, lemon grass and coconut.
To cook on the hob: cooking time 20-30 minutes
• Heat 400g diced chicken and the sauce in a pan. Simmer, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is thoroughly cooked. (Add extra water if more sauce is required.)
• Serve with rice or naan bread.
