Recipe Idea:

Baja Rotla / Chappatis

Ingredients:

2 level cups of Jalpur Bhajri Flour, salt to taste.

Method:

• Mix together Jalpur Bhajri Flour & salt and enough water to form a stiff dough.

• Divide the dough into lime-sized balls and shape each ball into a thick and round rotla ( chappati ) on your hand.

• Place on a well greased griddle or tava and continue flattening by pressing all round with the palm of your hand, taking care not to break it.

• Cook on both sides on a slow fire. Serve hot smeared liberally with ghee or butter.

No preservatives or additives.
