Karimix Panang Curry Paste: turmeric, chilli, coriander and cumin lend this warm sauce a delicious depth of flavour.

Use a marinade for meat or poultry, then BBQ, grill or bake.

Add a couple of teaspoons to your stir-fry for a delicious flavour.
Recipe for Panang Curry

Serves 2-4 as a main course

80g Karimix Panang Curry Paste
400ml tin coconut milk
500g chicken, white fish or prawns
Handful roasted peanuts
Salt to taste

• Heat up a saucepan. Add Karimix Panang Curry Paste and fry for a few minutes.
• Add the coconut milk and blend well.
• Add the chicken, fish or prawns and stir. Reduce heat to a simmer and cook until tender.
• Add salt to taste.
• Garnish with roasted peanuts and serve over steaming rice.
Ingredients: Onion, Rapeseed Oil, Spirit Vinegar, Water, Salt, Sugar, Spices, Coriander, Garlic, Lemongrass, Galangal, Chilli, Herbs.

Once opened, refrigerate and use within 4 months.
