Ingredients:
Garlic, Ginger, Water, Vegetable Oil, Red Chilli, Salt, Coriander, Black Pepper Turmeric, Clove, Cardamoms, Cumin Seeds, Mace, Bay Leaf, Acetic Acid, Sodium Mono Glutamat (621) and Pine Essence.
Recipe for Biryani
(Rice with spices/Meat):
500-750g - Meat (Mutton, Chicken or Beef)
500g - Basmati Rice (Soaked in water for 30 mins)
250g - Onion (Medium Sized Finely Sliced)
250g - Tomatoes (Medium Sized Chopped)
250g - Yoghurt (Whipped)
150g - Ghee/Oil
110g -
LAZIZA BIRYANI PASTE
Easy Steps:
1. Fry onions until golden. Add meat Laziza Biryani Paste, tomatoes and cook for 5-10 minutes. Add yoghurt and fry. Add 1-2 glasses of water, cover and cook until meat is tender and ghee/oil separates. (For chicken add only 1 cup of water).
2. Separately boil rice in 10 glasses of water and with 2 tablespoons of salt until half tender. Drain the water.
3. Form one layer of rice and onto it the second layer of meat masala and then form a third layer with rice. Cover and cook on low flame for 15-20 minutes or until rice is tender. Mix well before serving.
Serves 6-8.
Serve with Fresh Salad and Raita.
