Cream Caramel - Laziza

Cream Caramel with Topping

1. Pour caramel topping from the Sachet into a mould and set aside.

2. Take 2.5 cups (500ml) of milk and bring to the boil. Slowly, add the caramel mix to the boiling milk. Stir for 1-minute. If desired add 1-beaten egg.

3. Pour the caramel gently into the mould. Refrigerate or allow to cool at room temperature. The Caramel will be set in approximately 45-minutes to 1-hour.

4. Loosen edges with knife and carefully invert the mould over a serving dish. Shake gently to remove the Caramel.

Ingredients: Sugar, Glucose, Starch, Carrageenan, Vanilla, Salt and Food Colours (E102 + E110).

Halal.
