Quick set Jelly Crystals.

1. Pour two cups (400ml) boiling water into a bowl.

2. Add the contents of packet. Stir until dissolved.

3. Pour into mould. Cool to room temperature to set without refrigerator (30-45 minutes). Refrigerate if required.

4. Loosen edges with knife and invert mould carefully over serving dish. Shake gently and remove Jelly.

Ingredients: Refined Sugar, Vegetable Gum, Adipic Acid, Potassium Citrate, Potassium Chloride, Pineapple Flavour, Artificial Flavour and Permitted Food Colour (E102).

Halal.
