Preparation:

1. Add 1 glass of water with 2 milk and bring to the boil.

2. Empty the sachet of Falooda mix in and stir well. Simmer for 15-minutes stirring frequently.

3. Leave to Cool

To serve:

Add Crushed ice as required. Can also be topped with Ice Cream (preferably Strawberry or Tutti-Frutti)

Ingredients: Refined sugar, Patent Flour, Dextrose, Raisins, Almonds, Pistachio, Strawberry Flavour and Food Colour E129.
