Tikka Botti Paste - Laziza

Ingredients:

Garlic, Ginger, Water, Vegetable Oil, Red Chilli, Salt, Coriander, Turmeric, Cumin Seeds, Black Pepper, Cardamom, MSG (621), Tartaric Acid, Acetic Acid & Food Colours (E102 + E110).

Recipe for Tikka Botti (BBQ Meat Cube Kebabs):
(You can prepare roasted/grilled Bottis and Chicken Tikka)

500-700g - Meat (Mutton or Beef cut in 11/2 inch pieces or 1 chicken cut in 4 pieces)
75g - Yoghurt (Whipped)
Raw Papaya with Skin (mashed)
- For Beef Botti use 3 tablespoons
- For Mutton Botti use 1-2 tablespoons
- For Chicken Botti or Tikka None Needed
Cooking Oil/Ghee/Butter as required
75g - LAZIZA TIKKA BOTTI PASTE

Easy Steps:

1. Put several deep cuts in chicken where as in case of other meat pieces with a fork or knife.

2. Mix 2-3 tablespoons (about 75g) of Laziza Tikka Botti Paste with yoghurt and apply on meat/chicken pieces and keep for 1 1/2 to 3 hours in a refrigerator or in a cool place. (In case of hard meat like beef, mutton or lamb add grounded raw papaya also).

3. Arrange the pieces of meat/chicken on spikes/rods and roast them in an oven, under the grill or on the BBQ.

Keep the flame low and rotate the spikes/rods. Pour a little oil/ghee/butter and continue roasting until fully cooked...

Enjoy with chutney, fresh salad and Parathas. Serves 4.
