Lee Kum Kee Black Bean Garlic Sauce is ideal for stir-frying and steam dishes and adds a savoury, aromatic flavour with fermented black beans and garlic.

Recipe suggestions:

Chicken with Black Bean and Garlic Sauce:

• Stir fry 115g diced chicken in 1 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Black Bean Garlic Sauce and tsp sugar.

• Add 60g diced red and green bell peppers and heat through until cooked thoroughly.

Ham and Spaghetti In Black Bean Garlic Sauce:

• Cook 120g spaghetti in boiling water according to packet instructions or until tender. Drain.

• Saute Lee Kum Kee Black Bean Garlic Sauce and shredded red chilli in 2 tbsp oil until fragrant.

• Add shredded onion, 90g ham and 50g button mushrooms and stir-fry for about 2 minutes.

• Stir in spaghetti and heat through.

Ingredients: Soy Sauce (Water, Salt, Soybean, Wheat), Salted Black Bean (Black Bean, Water, Salt, Ferrous Sulphate, Ginger) 23%, Garlic 18%,Water, White Sugar, Salt, Soybean Oil, Rice Wine, Modified Corn Starch.

Please note: white specks of protein may naturally form in this product but they will not affect your enjoyment of this sauce.

Shake well before use. Refrigerate after opening.
