Chicken Marinade (Teriyaki) - Lee Kum Kee

Lee Kum Kee Chicken Marinade is a sweet, ginger flavoured, soy-based cooking sauce.

Simply combine 2 parts of chicken marinade with 1 part of water as a marinade, as a seasoning for your favourite stir-fry or grill, or as a sauce over noodles and rice.

Recipe suggestions

Chicken Teriyaki:

• Simmer 60ml Chicken Marinade, 60ml water, 1 tbsp sugar and 500g chicken over a medium heat until cooked and tender.

Baked Chicken in Galicky Chicken Marinade

• Combine 125ml Chicken Marinade, ½ tbsp sugar, 2 tbsp minced garlic, 2 tbsp wine and 2 tbsp premium oyster flavour sauce.

• Rub the marinade into 1kg chicken. Bake at 190C/375F in a hot oven for 20 minutes. Turn once and bake for 20 more minutes or until done. Baste the chicken with marinade occasionally.

• Remove the chicken and allow to cool slightly. Serve with the remaining sauce poured over.

Ingredients: Sugar, Water, Soy Sauce (Water, Salt, Soy Bean, Wheat Flour) 20%, Salt, Ginger, Colour (Ammonia, Caramel E150c), Modified Corn Starch, Oyster Extractives.

Shake well before use and refrigerate after opening. Contains wheat.
