Chilli Garlic Sauce Lee Kum Kee Chili Garlic Sauce is a medium hot chilli sauce, perfectly blended from fully ripened chillies with an appetising flavour of garlic.

An excellent choice for dipping and stir-frying.

Recipe for Chilli Garlic Pineapple Duck

Serves 4

• Blend 2 tsp oyster sauce, 1 tsp pure sesame oil and 2 tbsps beaten egg to make a marinade. Add 300g slices duck meat and mix well.

• Dust the coated duck meat with corn starch.

• Deep fry the duck meat in hot oil until golden brown. Drain on kitchen paper.

• Cut 1 or 2 bell peppers in to strips and stir fry in a little oil.

• Meanwhile mix together 3 tbsps Chilli Garlic sauce, 5 tbsps canned pineapple juice, 1 tbsp sugar and ½ tsp corn starch.

• Add to the stir fried peppers and heat through. Stir in the deep fried duck, and serve hot.

Ingredients: salted chilli pepper 59%, garlic 16%, white sugar, rice vinegar, water, modified corn starch, acid (E260).
