Lee Kum Kee Chinese Marinade is a ready-to-use natural cooking sauce made from an exotic blend of selected Chinese spices. Combine 1 part Chinese Marinade with 4 parts water for poaching chicken, goose and other meat dishes.
Recipe suggestions:
Chinese Marinade Chicken:
• Combine 80ml Chinese Marinade with 320ml water and 2tsp sesame oil and bring to the boil. Add 450g chicken and simmer until cooked and tender.
Stir Fried Prawns with Chinese Marinade:
350g raw king prawns (de-veined)
2tbsp Chinese marinade
4tbsp water
1tsp corn starch
2 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp minced garlic
• Stir-fry the prawns in 2 tbsp oil until cooked.
• Combine all the remaining ingredients. Stir this sauce mix in to the prawns and heat through.
Ingredients:
Water, Sugar, Soy Sauce (Water, Salt, Soybean, Wheat Flour), Salt, Spice Extract 2%, Colour (Ammonia, Caramel E150c).
Shake well before use and refrigerate after opening. Contains wheat.
