Orginating in Chiu Chow, China, Lee Kum Kee Chiu Chow Chili Oil is an authentic, savoury, hot chili sauce. It is prepared from the finest preserved chili and is excellent for dipping, stir-frying or eating with various kinds of noodles and pasta.

Recipe suggestion:

Spicy Mini Cuttlefish

• Stir-fry 400g mini cuttlefish in 1 tbsp oil until done. Stir in 1 tbsp Chiu Chow Chilli Sauce, 1 tbsp Hoisin sauce and ½ tbsp Premium Oyster Flavoured sauce and heat through.

• Sprinkle with shredded green onion and serve hot.

Ingredients: Soybean Oil, Water, Dried Garlic, Chilli Pepper Powder 7%, Salted Chilli Pepper (Chilli, Salt) 6%, Soy Sauce (Water, Salt, Soybean, Wheat Flour), Salt, Sesame Oil, Sugar, Flavour Enhancers E631 & E627.

Shake well before use. Refrigerate after opening.
