Since its invention in 1888 oyster flavoured sauce has become a base ingredient for many Chinese dishes.

Made from selected oyster extracts, this Panda Brand Oyster Flavoured Sauce has a robust flavour and a rich colour which makes it an ideal all-purpose sauce for marinating or stir-frying.

Recipe suggestions

Eggs with Oyster Sauce:

• Scramble, fry or hard boil eggs as desired. Add Panda Brand Oyster Flavoured Sauce to taste and serve hot.

Pan Fried Fish Fillet in Oyster Sauce:

• Pan-fry 300g sliced fish fillet in 2 tbsp oil for about 5 minutes until both sides are golden yellow and done.

• Add 50g carrot, 120g snow peas 2tbsp Panda Brand Oyster Flavoured Sauce and 2tbsp water. Stir lightly for about 3 minutes until the sauce thickens.

Ingredients: Water, Sugar, Salt, Modified Corn Starch, Flavour Enhancer E621, Oyster Extractives 3%, Wheat Flour, Colour E150c.

Shake well before use and refrigerate after opening. Contains wheat.
