Lee Kum Kee Plum Sauce is made from preserved Chinese plums, quality ginger and chilli. It is an excellent dipping sauce for roast duck or any roast meat dishes and for stir frying.
Recipe suggestion:
Plum sauce chicken
• Stir fry 120g diced chicken in 1 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Oyster Flavoured Sauce. When chicken is half-cooked, add 3 tbsp plum sauce, 60g each red and green bell peppers and simmer until cooked.
Vegetable Salad in Plum Sauce
• Put 250g diced tomato, 120g lettuce torn into small pieces, and 120g sweet corn kernels in a big salad bowl and chill.
• Mix up 1 tsp minced garlic, 1/2 tsp chopped basil, 2 tbsp plum sauce, 1 tbsp lime juice, 1 tbsp brown sugar, 1 tbsp sesame oil (blended)and 1 tbsp creamy peanut butter into a salad dressing and stir into vegetable salad just before serving, sprinkled with chopped roasted peanuts.
Ingredients:
White Sugar, Salted Plum (25%), Water, Rice Vinegar, Modified Corn Starch, Acidity Regulators (E330, E331) Ginger, Chilli Pepper, Stabilizer (E415).

Shake well before use. Refrigerate after opening.
