Prepared from best quality coconut, spices and other ingredients, this sauce is ideal for cooking Curry Seafood or other curry flavoured dishes.

Curry Seafood:
Serves 4
• Stir-fry ½ a sliced Onion in 1 tbsp oil until fragrant.
• Add 25g sliced Carrot, 1 fresh Squid cut into pieces and 250g shelled and deveined Prawns. Stir well until seafood is cooked.
• Add one sachet Lee Kum Kee Sauce for Curry Seafood and stir quickly until heated through.
Mini Curry Egg Omelette
Serves 4-6
• Stir-fry 90g minced beef in 1 tbsp oil until cooked.
• Add 150g thinly sliced asparagus, 150g diced onion, 1 sachet Lee Kum Kee Sauce for Curry Seafood and stir-fry until done.
• Divide the filling into 16 portions. Set aside.
• Beat 4 eggs lightly. Heat a little oil. Spoon 1 tbsp of beaten egg and pan-fry to form a small round egg sheet.
• Place a portion of the filling in the centre of the egg. Fold in half to form a mini omelette. Pan-fry both sides until golden yellow. Repeat the step to make about 16 mini omelettes. Serve at once
