Sauce for Lemon Chicken - Lee Kum Kee

80g sachet
Prepared from the best quality concentrated lemon juice and plum, this sauce is ideal for cooking Lemon Chicken or other lemon flavoured dishes.
Recipe suggestions:
Lemon Chicken:
Serves 4
• Coat 450g diced chicken with beaten egg and dust with ½ cup cornflour by tossing together in a bag.
• Remove excess flour and cook chicken pieces in hot oil for 4 minutes until golden and done. This may be done in 2 batches. Drain well.
• Heat 1 tbsp oil and saute ½ a sliced red pepper and ½ a sliced green pepper for 1 minute. Add one sachet Sauce for Lemon chicken and fried, drained chicken pieces. Stir well until heated through.
Serve with rice or noodles.
Grilled Salmon in Lemon Sauce:
Serves 2
• Grill 2 salmon fillets until done. Sprinkle with 150g finely shredded cabbage.
• Gently heat one sachet Lee Kum Kee Sauce for Lemon Chicken. Pour over salmon and serve hot.
Ingredients:
Water, White Sugar, Corn Syrup Powder, Concentrated Lemon Juice 12%, Salted Plum, Rice Vinegar, Modified Corn Starch, Salt, Acid E330, Natural Flavouring, Acidity Regulator E331, Stabilizer E415, Turmeric Powder. Contains Wheat, Soybean.
Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, consume immediately.
