Ma Po Tofu:
Serves 2-3
• Stir fry 90g Minced Pork until cooked.
• Add 250g diced Soft Tofu and one sachet Lee Kum Kee Sauce for Ma Po Tofu and stir gently.
• Cook over a low heat until the sauce thickens.
