Prepared from the best quality soybeans and selected aromatic spices, this sauce is ideal for cooking Sweet and Spicy Beef Ribs or other meat dishes.

Recipe suggestions:

Sweet & Spicy Beef Ribs:
Serves 4

• Pan-fry 350g beef ribs in 1-2 tbsp oil until golden yellow and done.

• Add one sachet Lee Kum Kee Sauce For Sweet and Spicy Beef Ribs. Stir well until heated through.

Braised Turnip & Chicken:
Serves 4

• Stir-fry 120g sliced chicken breast in 1 tbsp oil until done.

• Add 350g diced turnip, 50g diced carrot, 50g chopped celery, 250ml water and one sachet Lee Kum Kee Sauce For Sweet and Spicy Beef Ribs.

• Cook over low heat for about 15 minutes until sauce thickens and vegetables are tender.

Ingredients: White Sugar, Fermented Soybean Paste (Water, Salt, Soybean, Wheat) 20%, Soy Sauce (Water, Soybean, Salt, Wheat, Glucose-Fructose Syrup) 16%, Water, Tomato Paste, Salted Plum, Salted Chilli Pepper 5%, Garlic, Soybean Oil, Colour E150c, Modified Corn Starch, Sesame Oil, Acid E260, Spices, Flavour Enhancers (E631, E627). Contains Soybean, Wheat, Sesame.

Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, consume immediately.
