Prepared from the best quality tomato, chilli pepper, honey and garlic, this sauce is ideal for cooking Tomato Garlic Prawns and other tomato & garlic flavoured dishes.

Recipe suggestions:

Tomato Garlic Prawns:
Serves 2-3

• Pan-fry 250g prawns in 2 tbsp oil until just cooked. Turn low heat and add one sachet Lee Kum Kee Sauce for Tomato Garlic Prawns. Stir quickly until heated through.

Tomato Garlic Vegetables:
Serves 4

• Cook 200g Enoki Mushrooms and 200g Asparagus in boiling water. Drain and arrange on a serving plate.

• Stir-fry 200g canned button mushrooms and 200g diced tomato in 1 tbsp oil. Add one sachet Lee Kum Kee Sauce for Tomato Garlic Prawns and stir-fry for about 2 minutes.

• Pour over the Enoki mushrooms and asparagus. Serve at once.

Ingredients: White Sugar, Water, Soy Sauce (Water, Salt, Soybean, Wheat), Garlic 11%, Tomato Paste 10%, Salted Chilli Pepper, Honey, Yeast Extract, Salt, Modified Corn Starch, Acid E270, Stabiliser E627, Flavour Enhancers E631, E627. Contains Soybean, Wheat.

Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, consume immediately.
