Stir Fried Mixed Vegetables with Satay Soup Base:
Serves 4
• Blanch 200g broccoli florets, 120g cauliflower florets, 50g tinned button mushrooms and 25g sliced carrot in boiling water. Drain.
• Stir-fry all vegetables in 2 tbsp oil.
• Stir in 1 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Satay Soup Base for Hot Pot and heat through.
Soup Base for Satay Hotpot:
• Dissolve one sachet of Lee Kum Kee Soup Base for Satay Hot Pot in 1.5 litre boiling water to make a tasty soup base.
Ingredients: Water, Soy Sauce (Water, Soybean, Salt, Wheat, Glucose-Fructose Syrup), Soybean Oil, Peanut Paste 9%, Salt, Flavour Enhancers (E621, E631, E627), Dried Shrimp, White Sugar, Peanut 3%, Yeast Extract, Coconut Powder 2%, Spices, Shallot, Chilli Pepper Powder, Modified Corn Starch, Turmeric Powder, Dehydrated Garlic, Colour E150a, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder.
