Prepared from best quality peanut, coconut, spices and other ingredients, Lee Kum Lee Satay Soup Base is full of satay taste and is an ideal soup base for hot pot, noodles and casserole dishes.

Recipe suggestions:

Stir Fried Mixed Vegetables with Satay Soup Base:
Serves 4

• Blanch 200g broccoli florets, 120g cauliflower florets, 50g tinned button mushrooms and 25g sliced carrot in boiling water. Drain.

• Stir-fry all vegetables in 2 tbsp oil.

• Stir in 1 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Satay Soup Base for Hot Pot and heat through.

Soup Base for Satay Hotpot:

• Dissolve one sachet of Lee Kum Kee Soup Base for Satay Hot Pot in 1.5 litre boiling water to make a tasty soup base.

Ingredients: Water, Soy Sauce (Water, Soybean, Salt, Wheat, Glucose-Fructose Syrup), Soybean Oil, Peanut Paste 9%, Salt, Flavour Enhancers (E621, E631, E627), Dried Shrimp, White Sugar, Peanut 3%, Yeast Extract, Coconut Powder 2%, Spices, Shallot, Chilli Pepper Powder, Modified Corn Starch, Turmeric Powder, Dehydrated Garlic, Colour E150a, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder. Contains Soybean, Wheat, Peanut, Shrimp, Milk Proteins.

Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, consume immediately.
