The perfect sauce for marinating, grilling and stir-frying your favourite ribs...
Recipe Suggestions:
Roast Spare Ribs:
• Marinate 900g pork spare ribs with 4bsp sauce for 2 hours.
• Bake at 180C (350F) for 45 minutes.
Beef Spare Ribs:
• Marinate 350g beef ribs (cut into pieces) in 2 tbsp Spare Rib Sauce for 30 minutes.
• Pan fry the ribs in 2 tbsps oil until golden brown and cooked.
• Add 75g shredded leeks and fry for 1 minute.
• Add 1tbsp Spare rib Sauce, 3tbsps water, 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce and 1tsp sugar and heat through.
