Lee Kum Lee One Step Recipe Sauces make authentic Asian cooking as simple as opening the jar!
Lee Kum Kee Vegetarian Oyster Flavoured Sauce fully captures the essence of shiitake mushrooms. It is excellent for braising and enriching any vegetarian dish and can also be used as a dip. It is also great for stir-frying pasta and bean curd dishes.
Recipe suggestions
Vegetable Stir Fry:
• Simply stir fry 450g assorted vegetables with 5tbsp Lee Kum Kee Vegetarian Oyster Flavoured Sauce until cooked.
Assorted Vegetables in Vegetarian Oyster Sauce:
• Blanch 50 g shredded carrot, 50g shredded Chinese celery, 90g bean sprouts, 90g sliced fresh black mushrooms and 90g shredded vegetarian ham in boiling water until just tender.
• Drain and mix well with 1 tsp Lee Kum Kee Sesame Oil and 2½ tbsp Lee Kum Kee Vegetarian Oyster Flavoured Sauce. Serve at once.
Ingredients:
Water, Sugar, Soy Sauce (Water, Salt, Soybean, Wheat Flour), Modified Corn Starch, Yeast Extract, Colour (Plain Caramel E150a), Flavourings (Contains Mushroom Extracts).
Shake well before use. Refrigerate after opening.
