Lingham's Garlic Chilli Sauce is a mild piquant relish and is specially good for roast and cold meat, steaks, cutlets, chops, fish, oyster cocktails, gravies, game, soups, salad and cheese.

Ingredients: Chillies (30%), Garlic (20%), Sugar, Vinegar and Salt and does not contain any preservatives, tomato pastes or purees, added or artificial flavours, colouring matter, bulking material or food conditioners.

For a Spicy Ketchup, combine 6 ozs of your usual ketchup with 1 oz of Lingham's Garlic Chilli Sauce.

Or make your own spicy salad dressing by stirring 1 tsp of Lingham's Garlic Chilli Sauce into 3 tsps mayonnaise or Thousand Island dressing.
