Thai Green Curry Paste - Lotus

Recipe: Thai Curry (4-portions)

Ingredients:

450g Chicken, Meat or Prawns
2 tbsp Lotus Thai Green Curry Paste
2 tbsp Vegetable Cooking Oil
300ml Coconut Milk
2 tbsp Fish Sauce or Soya Sauce

1. Heat the oil in a pan and add 2 tbsp Lotus Thai Green Curry Paste. Fry for 2-3 minutes. Add Coconut Milk.

2. Add the Chicken, Meat or Prawns and season with 2 tbsp of Fish Sauce or Soya Sauce.

3. Bring to the boil and simmer until cooked (Approx 35-40 minutes for chicken and 10-15 minutes for prawns). Add more liquid if necessary.

Ingredients: Water, Coriander, Sunflower Oil, Garlic, Lemon Grass, Shallot, Galangal, Water, Wild Ginger, Hot Green Chilli, Salt, Sugar, Kaffir Lime Peel, Sweet Basil, Turmeric, Coriander Seed, Cumin, Acidifying Agent, Citric Acid.
