Ingredients: White Salt, Dry Mango, Black Salt, Cumin, Musk Melon, Black Pepper, Pomegranate Seeds, Coriander, Mint Leaves, Dry Ginger, Nutmeg, Chilli, Caraway, Bishop's Weeds, Cloves, Asafoetida.

Recipe Suggestion:

• Take 11/2 potatoes per person, and peel and cut into 3/4 inch cubes.

• Heat sufficient oil/ghee in a pan and fry the potato cubes over a low heat until they are golden and tender.

• Strain and transfer to a large bowl.

• Add 1 tsp Chunky Chat Masala and 2 tsp lemon juice.

Stir well and serve hot.

For FRUIT CHAT take 11/2 cups of prepared fruit per person and simply add Chunky Chat Masala and lemon juice.

Chunky Chat Masala can also be sprinkled over waffles, savouries, fried nuts, grilled and roasted dishes such as Tikkas, Kebabs, fruit and vegetable salads for a delicious extra flavour.
