Ingredients: Coriander, Cumin, Chilli, Turmeric, Black Pepper, Cloves, Fenugreek Leaves, Salt, Nutmeg, Dry Ginger, Cardamom Seeds, Cinnamon, Bay Leaf, Pulse, Fennel, Caraway, Mustard, Garlic Flakes, Onion Flakes, Mace, Green Cardamom, Asafoetida.
Recipe suggestion: Mushroom and Green Peas
Fry 150g chopped onions in 70g oil in a deep pan until golden.
Add 100g coarsely chopped tomatoes, 1/2 tsp Deggi Mirch, salt to taste and 15g Sabji Masala, stir and cook for 5 minutes.
Add 250g quartered mushrooms, stir and cook for 5 minutes.
Add 200g green peas and 1/2 cup water and simmer for 10 minutes without covering.
Sprinkle with Methi Leaves and serve.
