Dosa (Instant Pan Cake Mix) - 500g - MTR

‘No Grinding, No fuss – crisp golden Dosas are now so easy to make…’

The promise of Purity.

Ingredients:
Rice Flour (46%), Black Gram, Wheat Cream, Hydrogenated Vegetable Oil, Salt, Sodium Bicarbonate, Citric Acid and Fenugreek Powder.

Directions:

• Mix 1 measure of MTR Instant Dosa Mix with 1˝ measures of Water into a smooth batter. Set aside for 5-minutes. Alternatively batter can be prepared with 1 measure of Water and ˝ measure of yoghurt.

• Spread one small cup of batter on a heated Tava, add a spoonful of Ghee or Oil and fry both sides on a low flame till golden brown.

• Rub the Tava gently with a damp cloth to cool the surface. Repeat the above steps for more lovely Dosas…

‘Measure’ referred to in the recipe means any cup or container used as per your convenience.

Serving tip:
Serve hot with Chutney or Sambar.

Makes 25 Dosas of about 50g each.
