Instant Rasam Mix - 200g - MTR

The promise of Purity.

Ingredients:
Redgram (37%), Salt, Coriander Powder, Tamarind Concentrate, Sugar, Red Chilli Powder, Cumin Powder, Fenugreek Powder, Ghee, Mustard, Curry Leaves, Turmeric Powder, Asafoetida.

Directions:

• Boil 8 measures (2 litres) of Water.

• Add 1 measure of MTR Rasam Mix (200g) to the Water and 500g par boiled Vegetables of your choice (Potatoes, Onions, Tomatoes etc)

• Cook for 10-12 minutes.

• Garnish with finely cut Coriander Leaves and serve hot with rice.

Serving tip:
Serve with Rice. You may add 2 more measures (500ml) of Water in step 1 to serve as soup.

Makes about 2 litres of Rasam.

Contains Milk product and Mustard.
