Instant Sambar Mix - 200g - MTR

The promise of Purity.

Ingredients:
Redgram (36%), Salt, Coriander Powder, Sugar, Rice, Rice Flour, Tamarind Concentrate, Red Chilli Powder, Cumin Powder, Refined Palmolein Oil, Fenugreek Powder, Mustard, Curry Leaves, Turmeric Powder, Cinnamon Powder.

Directions:

• Boil 6 measures (1.5 Litres) of Water.

• Add 1 measure of MTR Sambar Mix (200g) to the Water and 500g par boiled Vegetables of your choice (Potatoes, Onions, Tomatoes etc)

• Cook for 10-12 minutes.

• Serve with hot Rice.

‘Measure’ referred to in the recipe means any cup or container used as per your convenience.

Serving tip:
Garnish with finely cut Coriander Leaves.
To prepare Onion Sambar for Dosa, Idli and Vada use 500g Onion in step 2.
Serve with Rice, Dosa, Idli or Vada.

Makes about 2 litres of Sambar.

Contains Mustard – may contain traces of Nuts.
