Rice Idli (Instant Rice Cake Mix) - 500g - MTR

The promise of Purity.

Ingredients:
Rice (63%), Blackgram Dal, Salt, Sodium Bicarbonate, Malic Acid and Sodium Acetate, Hydrogenated Vegetable Oil.

Directions:

• Mix 1 measure MTR Instant Rice Idli Mix, 1/2 measured Yoghurt and 1 measure Water into a smooth batter. Alternatively, prepare batter with 11/2 measures of Water.

• Set aside for 5-minutes

• Add finely chopped Green Chillies, Ginger and Curry Leaves to the batter for added flavour.

• Steam batter in an Idli Cooker or vessel for 10-12 minutes.

'Measure' referred to in the recipe means any cup or container used as per your convenience.

Serving tip:
Serve hot with Chutney or Sambar.

Makes 30-35 Idlis of about 50g each.
