Make this delicious and wholesome dish the traditional way.
Serving Suggestion:
Serve with yogurt or coconut chutney.
Instructions for use:
Heat 500ml of refined vegetable oil and fry mustard, gramdal, cashewnut and chillies. Remove and set aside.
Fry 2kg brinjal and 1kg vegetables of your choice with a pinch of turmeric in the same oil.
Add 200g of MTR Vangibhath masala, tamarind juice, salt to taste and jaggery if desired.
Add the fried seasoning, fried copra and the 2kg of cooked rice. Mix well and serve hot.
