Enjoy the rich taste and authentic flavours of Mae Ploy Panang Curry Paste, as used in many Thai restaurants.
Recipe suggestion:
• Stir fry 50g Panang curry paste with 200g coconut milk, then add another 200g coconut milk and heat until boiling. (For a milder flavour, halve the quantity of paste).
• Add 350g meat and 100g water and continue cooking until the meat is tender.
• Sprinkle with kaffir lime leaves and green chillies and taste before seasoning.
Ingredients:
Dried Red Chilli 20.5%, Lemon Grass 20%, Shallot 16.5%, Salt 13.5%, Garlic 12%, Galangal 7%, Mung Bean 4%, Shrimp Paste (Shrimp 83%, Salt 17%) 2.5%, Kaffir Lime Peel 1.5%, Coriander Seed 1.5%, Cumin 0.5%, Pepper 0.5%.
This product of Thailand contains no added preservative or colour and should be refrigerated after opening. Re-sealable tub.
