Mahi Rub & Marinade Sauces are specially formulated to be used:
• As a quick rub to add flavour to Meat Chops before cooking
• For marinating Meat Chops for 4 to 12 hours before use for a distinct and satisfying spicy flavour
• As a cooking sauce, add 10g Sauce per 100g Meat Chops. Simply sauté Onions, seal the Meat Chops, add the Sauce and simmer for 20-30 minutes until cooked.
Ingredients: Water, Onions, Vegetable Oil, Red Chilli Paste, Garlic Paste, Ginger Paste, Salt, Tamarind Paste, Mango Powder, Citric Acid, Mixed Spices, Yogurt Powder, Stabilizer (Xanthan Gum), Ground Black Pepper.
