Mahi Rub & Marinade Sauces are specially formulated to be used:
• As a quick rub to add flavour to Fish before cooking
• For marinating Fish for 4 to 12 hours before use for a distinct and satisfying spicy flavour
• As a cooking sauce, add 10g Sauce per 100g Chicken Wings. Simply sauté Onions, seal the Chicken Wings, add the Sauce and simmer for 15-20 minutes until cooked.
Ingredients: Vinegar, Vegetable Oil, Onion Paste, Salt, Chopped Red Chillies, Chopped Garlic, Ground Paprika, Sugar, Modified Starch, Tamarind Pulp, Mixed Spices, Stabilizer (Xanthan Gum), Celery Extract, Thyme, Parsley.
