Mahi Rub & Marinade Sauces are specially formulated to be used:
• As a quick rub to add flavour before cooking
• For marinating for 4 to 12 hours before use for a distinct and satisfying spicy flavour
• As a cooking sauce, add 10g Sauce per 100g Chicken/Fish/Seafood. Simply sauté Onions, seal the Chicken/Fish/Seafood, add the Sauce and simmer for 20-30 minutes until cooked.
Ingredients: Vinegar, Garlic Paste 18%, Vegetable Oil, Green Chilli Paste 4%, Salt, Red Chilli Paste 3%, Mixed Spices, Lime Juice, Modified Starch, Citric Acid, Stabiliser (Xanthan Gum), Lime Oil.
