Mahi Fine Foods produce an extensive range of Condiments, Sauces, Cooking Pastes and ingredients. The 'Flavours of the World' range is influenced by Oriental, Asian, Caribbean, African and South American cuisine and reflects the people and produce of these regions.

Mahi Rub & Marinade Sauces are specially formulated to be used:

• As a quick rub to add flavour before cooking

• For marinating for 4 to 12 hours before use for a distinct and satisfying spicy flavour

• As a cooking sauce, add 10g Sauce per 100g Chicken/Fish/Seafood. Simply sauté Onions, seal the Chicken/Fish/Seafood, add the Sauce and simmer for 20-30 minutes until cooked.

Ingredients: Red Chilli Paste 29%, Vegetable Oil, Onion Paste, Ground Red Chilli, Salt, Citric Acid, Modified Starch, Lime Oil, Stabilizer (Xanthan Gum).

• Suitable for Kosher, Vegetarian and Halal diets.

• Free from artificial colours and flavours

• Free from any ingredients or derivatives of animal origin

Store in a cool, dry place. Refrigerate once opened.
