Mahi Rub & Marinade Sauces are specially formulated to be used:
• As a quick rub to add flavour before cooking
• For marinating for 4 to 12 hours before use for a distinct and satisfying spicy flavour
• As a cooking sauce, add 10g Sauce per 100g Chicken/Fish/Seafood. Simply sauté Onions, seal the Chicken/Fish/Seafood, add the Sauce and simmer for 20-30 minutes until cooked.
Ingredients: Vinegar, Vegetable Oil, Sugar, Lemon, Green Chilli, Modified Maize Starch, Coriander 1.5%, Red Chilli, Lime Juice, Salt, Black Pepper, Mustard, Xanthan Gum, Preservative (Potassium Sorbate).
